Where shoppers have their say

ASDA's Pulse of the Nation is an online research community where shoppers have their say.


It's a space for our members to speak their minds on a variety of topics - both ASDA related and those surrounding your wider community.

As a community member, you'll have your very own profile - meaning you can interact with other like-minded shoppers. You'll also be invited to participate in a whole host of activities such as quick polls, surveys and discussions.

We'll only send you activities that are relevant to your profile and all activities are optional. Don't forget - your feedback really matters to us! Your opinions will help us to better understand our customers. It will also help shape the future of our entire business including our stores, products & services.

Asda values your opinions. Whether you shop online or instore, Asda want to know what's on your mind and what is important to you. So we've set up the Asda Pulse of the Nation panel - a group of men and women who will represent the voice of the Asda shopper nationwide. By listening to what you have to say, Asda will be able to better represent the voice of Asda shopper, meeting your needs in store and really understanding what is important to you.

We accept all types of people to ASDA's Pulse of the Nation. However, to make sure that you are eligible, you'll need to complete our profiling and registration survey.

You will be given regular opportunities to take part in activities which are relevant to you. You are completely free to choose whether to participate in any of the activities we invite you to.

Please make sure to add ASDA's Pulse of the Nation email address (support@pulse.asda.com) to your email Safe Senders/Contact list.

Internet access is needed to access ASDA's Pulse of the Nation (either via your computer or mobile device). If you choose to access ASDA's Pulse of the Nation through a mobile device, charges may be incurred by your network provider based on your mobile device's data usage package. To avoid data usage charges, using a Wifi connection is recommended.

You are under no obligation to stay in ASDA's Pulse of the Nation community for any longer than you wish. Each activity invitation that we send will give you an opportunity to unsubscribe or you can log in and terminate your membership within your member profile.

Anyone found to be misusing ASDA's Pulse of the Nation community - either by posting inappropriate material (e.g. swearing in a discussion room) or falsely participating (e.g. answering all questions in a survey with the same answer) will be removed and will not be contacted again.

The overall results that you and other ASDA's Pulse of the Nation members share with us will be used by top brands and suppliers to help them improve their products and services. Your personal details will never be passed to anyone outside of ASDA's Pulse of the Nation for marketing purposes.
